📋 Description

• Management of financial routines • Accounts payable: organizing payment slips (boletos), scheduling and ensuring timely payments. • Accounts receivable: issuing invoices/charges, monitoring receipts and following up on overdue accounts. • Bank reconciliation: recording and verifying daily cash inflows and outflows, keeping reports up to date. • Issuing invoices: responding to client requests quickly and accurately. • Organizing financial and tax documents in the cloud (Google Drive/ERP). • Monitoring financial emails and responding to basic client inquiries. • Supporting the monthly close with consistent information for reports (DRE, cash flow, account positions). • Assisting the finance manager with organized information for analysis. • Meeting weekly and monthly deadlines established in the financial calendar. • Maintaining alignment with internal processes and routines (systems, spreadsheets and workflows).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Financial Assistant • Technical or university education in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields (preferred but not required). • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets). • Familiarity with financial systems/ERPs (e.g., Conta Azul, Omie or similar) is desirable. • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. • Organized and detail-oriented.
