📋 Description

• - Develop, suggest and execute Business Development strategies to expand the company’s client base. • - Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while achieving ambitious revenue targets. • - Manage and grow new and existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships. • - Identify market trends and new opportunities within the banking services industry. • - Collaborate with internal team to design tailored solutions that address client needs. • - Lead sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with key stakeholders. • - Foster strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, navigating complex organizational structures to influence decision-making. • - Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance and market activity.

🎯 Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree a plus). • - 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Banking sector. • - Excellent use of Greek and English language. • - Strong understanding of banking products, services, and industry dynamics. • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders. • - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
