📋 Description

• Lead and take responsibility for the design and implementation of the SAP solution in the Finance and Controlling modules • Oversee SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and migrations to SAP S/4HANA from start to finish • Contribute expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and leverage innovations • Serve as the primary contact for clients and maintain customer relationships • Define requirements for customer-specific processes and coordinate closely with the development team • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards • Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them • Lead a team and support their professional development • Participate in cross-functional projects and provide support in presales

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in consulting or management of SAP FICO projects • Successfully completed at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects • Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects • Strong leadership skills with a good sense of team dynamics and motivation • Ability to translate complex financial processes into SAP solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • SAP FICO or S/4HANA certification is a plus • Excellent German and English language skills
