📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls with empathy and professionalism. • Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria. • Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers. • Hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information. • With your teammates, maintain responsiveness as a key builder of trust with every partner.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years in client-facing intake or sales roles, ideally in legal services. • Are an excellent communicator who can build trust quickly. • Stay calm and focused under pressure. • Are comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
