📋 Description
• Draft and respond to Requests for Orders (RFOs). • Appear at law and motion hearings. • Collaborate on trial preparation. • Develop discovery plans in collaboration with partners. • Propound discovery requests. • Review and evaluate evidence. • Conduct and defend depositions. • Draft discovery motions. • Identify and analyze legal issues. • Utilize case management software for efficient workflow. • Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel. • Interface with experts.
🎯 Requirements
• California Bar License. • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment. • Ability to appear for court appearances within the Bay Area. • Familiarity with family law proceedings and procedural nuances. • Ability to contribute collaboratively to attorney teams while managing cases independently.
