📋 Description

• You support our Customer Success team in conducting onboarding, product trainings, and workshops for new and existing customers. • You actively contribute to creating training materials, guides and help pages, building a scalable knowledge base for our customers. • You assist with handling technical and usage-related customer inquiries and learn how professional support works in a SaaS environment. • You analyze recurring customer issues and help prepare structured feedback to pass on to Product and Development. • You work closely with Product, Tech and Sales and gain deep insight into how collaboration works in a growing startup.

🎯 Requirements

• You are nearing the end of your master’s degree, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical field. • You have initial experience in project management. • A good technical understanding and interest in digital products. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, e.g. active listening and an empathetic approach to customers. • A structured and independent working style as well as strong self-organization. • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken. • Additional languages are a plus. • You see this role as an entry point and want to take on responsibility in Account Management or Customer Success in the future.
