📋 Description

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients/customers • Analyzing client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling additional products, services, or upgrades • Creating and presenting persuasive upsell proposals to clients • Collaborating with various internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings • Engaging in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements • Proactively monitoring client satisfaction and addressing concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in account management, customer success, or a related field • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Sales acumen to recognize upsell opportunities • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Proficiency in using CRM systems or other relevant tools • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Customer-centric mindset and willingness to help customers succeed • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
