• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and professional growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives, product launches, and customer service delivery. • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, fostering a high-performing inclusive culture. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are preferred. • Significant sales management experience, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or tools and equipment industry. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Strong leadership and team development skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient with CRM and sales analytics tools.
