📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles • Leverage a mix of channels to proactively identify and engage talent • Build and maintain a high quality pipeline • Act as a true partner to hiring managers • Use Greenhouse to track candidate progress • Track and analyze recruitment metrics • Ensure a positive candidate experience • Contribute to the enhancement of Fingerprint’s employer brand • Bring data-driven insights and recommendations to improve hiring strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Track record of owning high-volume requisition loads independently • Demonstrated focus on quality of hire • Strong proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS) • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology • Experience in an agency setting is preferred but not required • Preference given to candidates with experience in SaaS B2B startup organizations
