📋 Description

• Analyze key business drivers and support strategic decision-making with rigorous financial analysis • Drive complex, cross-functional projects involving Capital Markets, Finance, Product, and Tech • Support financing transactions, ongoing investor communication, and reporting • Own and continuously improve forecasting models and performance tracking processes • Help design and implement financial and operational processes as the company scales • Prepare high-quality internal and external reporting, including Board materials • Provide ad hoc analysis for leadership and operational decision-making • Progressively take on more responsibility, from owning individual workstreams to shaping broader financial and operational decisions • Work closely with senior leadership and contribute to high-impact financial and strategic topics

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or top-tier management consulting • Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems • Hands-on, action-oriented approach • Comfort working in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills • High standards for quality and precision • Structured thinking and ability to translate analysis into action • Resilience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting • Clear, concise communication skills • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders • Fluency in English • Bias for ownership and treating the business as one’s own • German is a plus
