📋 Description

• Independently manage and coordinate breakdowns, maintenance, and repair cases during ongoing subscription operations • Work with external claims management partners and billing service providers to ensure the swift processing of repair approvals • Monitor the active fleet and ensure vehicles are returned to service as quickly as possible following technical failures • Clarify complex technical queries with workshops and customers • Ensure transparent, proactive, and customer-friendly communication • Make existing fleet operations processes simpler, clearer, and more digital • Help ensure an excellent customer experience as the fleet continues to grow rapidly

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive field, for example as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Salesperson, Bodywork Technician, or a comparable qualification • Demonstrable practical experience in service assistance or workshop service advising, with direct customer and workshop contact • Sound knowledge of damage assessment, repair approvals, and clarifying technical matters • Fluent German at C1/C2 level • Good English skills, at least B1 level • Initial hands-on experience with modern ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or Salesforce, or digital fleet management tools (a plus) • Previous experience in a dynamic, agile work environment or a growing scale-up in the mobility or technology sector (a plus)
