📋 Description

• Ensure timely, accurate payment allocation and a smooth daily payment flow. • Sustainably reduce outstanding receivables through consistent and professional management of the dunning and collection process. • Provide competent, solution-oriented support to business customers and partners in the vehicle remarketing area (OEMs, dealer groups). • Continuously identify optimization potential at the interfaces with the Finance, Operations, Fleet and Growth teams. • Further develop and automate internal receivables processes to maximize efficiency and service quality. • Actively contribute to minimizing payment defaults while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong numerical understanding and a structured, independent, and careful working style. • Proven experience in customer contact and service-oriented communication, preferably in a B2B environment. • Strong communication skills and assertiveness to consistently and purposefully manage receivables processes. • Excellent German skills (C1/C2 level) and very good English skills (B2 level), both written and spoken. • Experience supporting partner networks in the automotive or fleet sector (e.g., OEMs, dealer groups). • Initial practical experience with common ERP, finance, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) in a scaling startup environment.
