• As a (Senior) B2B Sales & Fleet Remarketing Manager at FINN, you play a central role in optimizing our sales strategies and increasing profitability. • In close collaboration with our OEM Partnerships Team, you actively shape the further development of our business model. • You ensure that FINN continues to implement profitable vehicle remarketing by building long-term partnerships with the leading companies in the automotive industry. • You make a significant contribution to expanding our network and ensuring we consistently receive the best offers. In our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise, grow professionally, and actively contribute to the company’s success.
• 5+ years of experience in remarketing or B2B sales: Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, ideally in the automotive, rental, or leasing industry. • Strong industry knowledge: Practical experience in vehicle remarketing, market trends and pricing structures, as well as experience working with OEMs and leasing companies. • Academic qualifications: Business-related background, preferably with a focus on sales, marketing or mobility, and strong analytical skills for market analysis. • Communication and negotiation skills: You present confidently, build long-term relationships, and negotiate successfully on behalf of FINN. • Negotiation experience: Experience in complex contract negotiations and securing optimal terms for both FINN and our partners. • Languages: Fluent in German and English. Additional languages are a plus, especially Spanish, French or Italian.
