• New customer acquisition: You independently and proactively identify potential corporate clients. • Outreach: You contact companies via structured cold-call campaigns and arrange virtual initial consultation meetings. • Consulting: In these meetings you clearly explain our services and convince customers of the benefits of adopting our innovative education solutions. • Learning & optimization: You use our existing sales processes as a base and improve every step of the sales project so they perform even better with future customers. • Market expertise: You become an expert in the market and represent ubiMaster at conferences and trade shows. • Networking: You build a reputation within the industry and continuously manage your network in line with our company’s development goals.
• Sales experience: You have relevant sales experience and can demonstrate a proven track record. • Tools: You are comfortable using digital tools; ideally you have experience with HubSpot. • KPI-driven: You are used to working in data-driven organizations and consistently monitor your progress toward goals. • Strong customer focus: High level of customer orientation with the ability to understand customer needs, respond individually, and maintain customer relationships. • Empathy and proactive problem-solving: With your empathetic approach you position ubiMaster with prospective corporate clients and address their needs proactively and individually. • Reliable and organized: You take responsibility and work in a reliable, well-organized manner. • Team player: Collaboration and teamwork are natural to you.
