📋 Description

• Develop an OEM lighting sales strategy for LEDVANCE DACH • Lead concrete initiatives to achieve revenue and profit targets for the OEM channel at LEDVANCE DACH • Support the development and establishment of the OEM channel in coordination with relevant stakeholders • Acquire new OEM customers and grow existing accounts • Analyze the market and competitive environment and monitor margin and cost developments on a monthly basis • Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain market share and profitability • Understand customer needs and share valuable market and customer insights and market trends to continuously optimize the OEM product portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or relevant vocational training in electrical engineering or a related field • Several years of sales experience with a deep understanding of lighting technology and control components, or several years of experience within the lighting industry • Several years of industry knowledge and a broad professional network within the lighting industry • Independent, self-driven and team-oriented working style • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, plus strong negotiation and presentation skills
