📋 Description

• Handle written customer inquiries in the specialist area of final billing after vehicle return • Review complaints, work on issues with a solution-oriented approach, and communicate decisions clearly and transparently • Prioritize and process customer service requests in Zendesk within deadlines • Collaborate closely with specialist teams on complex cases • Identify recurring issues and contribute feedback to improve processes • Gradually learn additional topics along the customer journey • Help shape service quality and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Registered as a working student • Availability for 20 hours per week • Flexible shift scheduling within the stated working time windows • During onboarding: Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00 • After onboarding: Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 22:00 may be required • Attention to detail and good customer sensitivity • Quick comprehension • Willingness to learn modern customer service tools such as Zendesk
