📋 Description

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and alignment with the Product Owner (PO) and delivery teams, including Lead Sync and QA routines within Scrum • Support the definition of requirements and acceptance criteria • Track and communicate sprint activities and outcomes • Lead test strategy meetings • Ensure adherence to quality processes and standards • Promote continuous improvement and collaboration among stakeholders, including conflict resolution • Estimate testing effort • Critically review user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria • Perform complex manual testing while considering deadlines • Define automation frameworks and tools • Maintain and enhance automation scripts • Recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Report bugs clearly and in detail • Manage the defect lifecycle through resolution • Ensure effective communication with developers and the PO • Create and maintain test documentation and procedures • Collaborate on the creation and monitoring of metrics • Deepen product knowledge and share it with the team • Support the onboarding of new team members • Assist junior and mid-level QAs in prioritizing and executing activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience defining and strategizing end-to-end, functional, regression, and exploratory testing • Knowledge of software failure, defect, and error concepts • Experience with test documentation, acceptance criteria, and execution evidence • Experience with risk analysis and test prioritization • Experience analyzing user stories and understanding product requirements • Knowledge of software testing fundamentals commonly adopted in the market • Experience with Agile methodologies • Experience creating and executing automated software tests • Experience with code version control using Git • Intermediate programming experience, preferably in Python and JavaScript • Experience structuring and maintaining automation frameworks • More than 2 years of experience with automated testing in Robot Framework • More than 2 years of experience with automated testing in Cypress • Experience with performance testing • Strong programming logic and problem-solving skills • Basic SQL knowledge for querying • Ability to work closely with product and development teams, participating from refinement through acceptance testing • Analytical and critical mindset, with strong communication skills when working with technical and business teams • Experience with observability, logs, and supporting production incident investigations is desirable • Knowledge of continuous quality practices and shift-left testing is desirable • Knowledge of quality metrics, coverage, and testing indicators is desirable • Preferred: previous experience in fintechs, digital banks, or payment platforms • Preferred: knowledge of file layouts such as Brazilian banking CNAB and Fiscal XML • Preferred: knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes
