📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end chargeback process • Conduct end-to-end processing of issuing and acquiring chargebacks • Provide support for transactions • Shape, build, and continuously refine Payment Operations processes • Communicate proactively with clients, including direct email outreach, regarding payments • Liaise with payment infrastructure providers to escalate requests and monitor issue resolution • Improve how payment services are delivered across customer-facing products • Manage daily operational requests and identify and implement optimization opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in chargeback or card operations • Experience within a neo-bank, PSP, or fintech environment is a plus • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end payment lifecycle and chargeback handling processes • Fluent in English • Startup mindset with proactive identification of inefficiencies and effective solutions • Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating cross-functionally • Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess data and drive informed decisions • Proficiency in Excel and other tools
