📋 Description
• Work alongside the Head of Product for Credit to drive Finom's credit proposition forward • Think across the full credit lifecycle: customer acquisition and activation, product utilisation and retention • Turn commercial opportunity into product strategy • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Research, Risk, Legal, and Finance to build a shared roadmap • Drive customer-centric, commercially grounded product experiences • Contribute to the evolution of our credit architecture
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record as a Product Manager in fintech, financial services, or a similarly regulated, commercially complex environment • Strong commercial and business acumen • Experience managing products where compliance, risk, and operations aren't afterthoughts • Ability to operate at both the strategic and execution level • Clear, structured communication • Comfort with ambiguity • Nice-to-haves: Experience in lending, credit, or adjacent domains; Technical fluency; Experience working in a scale-up environment
