📋 Description

• Conduct training for reception staff, physicians, and back-office teams (in-person and remote) • Prepare and configure the client environment for implementation • Support the Go-Live and ensure post-implementation stabilization • Notify clients and internal teams in advance about stages and deadlines • Update and manage activities in Jira, keeping projects tracked • Create user accounts and perform technical pre-deployment tasks • Provide initial client support (via WhatsApp) before escalating to Customer Success • Follow up on billing and validate tests • Act as a point of contact across multiple client levels: directors, managers, and operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Health Management, Business Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields • Experience in hospital settings or in software implementation consultancy — both profiles are welcome • Experience with scheduling, authorization, and referral/authorization center processes (insurer or hospital) • Availability to travel up to 2 weeks per month • Preferably located in São Paulo; Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais also considered
