📋 Description
• Conduct recruitment and selection processes for client companies • Perform candidate sourcing (hunting) and conduct interviews for positions ranging from analyst to director levels • Provide client support regarding role alignment and the progress of open positions • Draft job descriptions • Prepare interview scripts and define process workflows • Send candidate shortlists to clients • Schedule interviews and assessment activities between candidates and clients
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and selection • Bachelor's degree (completed) • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Motivated by closing vacancies and achieving results • Enjoy working with people • Friendly and personable • Advanced English or Spanish is a plus • Results-oriented
