📋 Description

• Take technical and commercial responsibility for multiple sprinkler retrofit projects • Process repair orders and prepare quotations • Ensure compliance with all technical guidelines and standards • Ensure contract-compliant execution of projects with respect to schedules, costs and revenues • Manage complete change order/variation processes • Maintain contact with customers and participate in construction site meetings • Be responsible for associated drawings and hydraulic calculations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in mechanical engineering, building services/plant engineering or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman • Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally in sprinkler systems • Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD/design software • Confident user of the MS Office suite • Structured and results-oriented working style • Communicative, self-reliant and enjoy working in a team
