📋 Description

• Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple sprinkler system retrofit projects • Processing repair orders and preparing related quotations • Ensuring compliance with all technical guidelines and standards • Contract-compliant execution of projects with regard to schedules, costs, and revenues • Change order management • Client contact and participation in construction meetings • Responsibility for associated drawings and hydraulic calculations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training or degree in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally in sprinkler systems • AutoCAD skills or experience with other CAD/design software • Proficient in MS Office • Structured, results-oriented way of working
