📋 Description

• Help transform data needs from various partners in the music industry into actionable solutions • Manage day-to-day progress towards building new reports, dashboards, and other solutions • Coordinate product releases, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and timelines are adhered to • Serve as a liaison between product management, engineering, and other areas • Support product teams with resource allocation, project scheduling, and coordination of key deliverables • Implement and maintain tools and systems that enhance product operations • Maintain up-to-date documentation of product processes, requirements, workflows, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, product management, or related roles • Music industry experience is preferred • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex projects • Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for product improvement • Skilled at establishing efficient workflows and optimizing product lifecycle processes • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of SQL, python, Airtable, Power BI, and Monday.com is preferred • Passion for music and the music industry is a plus
