📋 Description

• Own the configuration, deployment, and customer enablement of First Due's Scheduling module • Configure the Scheduling module to match each agency's staffing policy • Lead requirements-gathering sessions • Validate configurations against real agency scenarios • Partner with the assigned Implementation Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of customer-facing implementation, configuration, or professional services experience in a SaaS environment • Strong public safety industry knowledge • Demonstrated working knowledge of complex scheduling rules • Experience translating policy or contractual requirements into software configuration • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communication, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience with Rocketlane or a comparable platform • Working knowledge of Microsoft products
