📋 Description

• Work within the Implementation Team to configure and deliver the LemonEdge platform solution to clients and partners. • Collaborate with the Operations Director and other members of the team to ensure projects are understood, scoped, delivered, and have on-going maintenance/support requirements met. • Ensure implementation best practices are met on all engagements. • Work alongside clients to ensure they are trained and supported throughout the process. • Assist in the production of supporting materials for clients and partners, around implementation, configuration, training, and project milestones (project plans, training documentation, etc.). • Interact with clients, partners, and professional services on a daily basis.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years working experience or implementing complex financial services solutions. • Experience in financial services/private equity/insurance/etc preferred but not essential. • CPA, CFA or similar qualifications preferred but not essential. • You are analytical and have a strong ability integrate detailed information. • You have experience managing multiple projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines. • A team player who is eager to help where possible. • A passion for technology and finance.
