📋 Description

• Remote Senior Instructional Designer – Sales Enablement role at First Due (public safety software for Fire, EMS, and Public Safety agencies) • Design and develop high-quality learning materials: slide decks, e-learning modules, micro-learning content, facilitator guides, job aids, and performance support tools • Build and manage content within the Learning Management System (LMS) • Create and maintain onboarding programs, continuing education initiatives, and skill-development pathways for sales roles • Develop multimedia learning experiences using video, audio, graphics, and interactive elements • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and business alignment • Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles • Analyze learner feedback, assessment data, and performance metrics to improve programs • Ensure training materials are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent in tone and style • Serve as a culture champion through content—reinforcing values and building engagement • Stay current with learning technology trends and instructional design best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in a sales enablement or B2B SaaS environment • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in multiple learning formats (presentations, e-learning, videos, micro-learning, etc.) • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.) and LMS platforms (experience with Allego highly preferred) • Experience creating multimedia assets using tools like Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.), and assessment strategies • Creative mindset with ability to translate complex topics into engaging learning content • Must be authorized to work for any US employer in the United States; Locality Media LLC cannot sponsor visas • Hiring contingent on successfully passing a criminal background check
