• Drive new revenue by selling Enrich RCS Messaging solutions • Build a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects • Educate the market on the power of rich conversational messaging • Replace legacy SMS with trusted, branded, interactive mobile experiences • Manage limited Enrich evaluations and proofs-of-concept proving performance metrics like open, click, and response rates • Use Salesforce.com to manage the pipeline and customer interactions • Provide weekly updates with precise reporting and forecasting of opportunities • Master the industry landscape of A2P messaging, CPaaS, RCS protocols, and competitor pricing • Effectively teach prospects how Enrich transforms business-to-consumer text communication • Map First Orion’s RCS capabilities to clients' existing customer journeys and workflows • Funnel market insights and feedback back to product management • Maintain and execute a strategic account plan • Establish and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Care, and IT • Assist with onboarding new accounts ensuring understanding of RCS best practices
• Existing understanding of the A2P Messaging, SMS/MMS ecosystem, 10DLC, short codes, or emerging RCS standards • Prior experience in SaaS, CPaaS, digital marketing tech, or telecom sales with a proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals • Expertise across the entire sales process, from running discovery calls on digital communication strategy to negotiation and closing • Highly articulate speaker and writer capable of presenting technical messaging solutions to both technical and marketing-focused buyers • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with sales engineers, product teams, and account managers to scope custom RCS solutions • Superior time management and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving mobile tech market • Ability to look at a brand’s current static text alerts and creatively reimagine them as rich, interactive conversational experiences • Comfort using analytics (delivery rates, conversion metrics) to build compelling business cases for prospective buyers • Familiarity with one or more aggregator platforms (Twilio, Sinch, Infobip, Bandwidth)
