📋 Description

• Oversee 7-10 jail kitchens • Coach and provide leadership to kitchen management teams • Take weekly or bi-weekly inventories • Order food and kitchen items • Report to corporate office staff weekly • Ensure excellent customer service and food quality • Monitor/manage unit staffing levels • Make surprise visits for quality control checks • Verify weekly sales figures and inventories • Communicate with Corporate Office staff regarding paperwork

🎯 Requirements

• Institutional food service (preferably cafeteria or correctional) • Must have a valid Driver License and clean driving record. • Must be able to pass multiple criminal background checks and drug test. • Minimum 5 years multi-unit management and/or industrial food service experience required. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. • Above average knowledge of computers (PC) and peripheral equipment.
