📋 Description

• Regularly write code and participate directly in product deliveries and evolution • Develop and maintain full-stack solutions, working on the backend with Java and the frontend with React • Work with PostgreSQL and SQL, including data modeling, queries, optimization, and performance analysis • Develop and integrate Artificial Intelligence-powered features and solutions into the product • Participate in decisions regarding architecture, solution design, APIs, security, performance, and scalability • Conduct code reviews, solve complex problems, and provide technical guidance to developers • Support the CTO in the technical, operational, and people leadership of the Development team • Lead meetings, ceremonies, refinement sessions, planning sessions, and alignment meetings with the team and other departments • Monitor deliveries, priorities, blockers, risks, and employee development, including 1:1s • Act as the CTO’s backup during vacations and absences, ensuring continuity in the department’s decisions and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience developing and evolving B2B SaaS products – required • Fluent English for spoken and written communication in a professional environment – required • Strong full-stack experience, with expertise in Java, React, and PostgreSQL • Hands-on experience applying Artificial Intelligence to products or software development • Experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer with effective people leadership responsibilities • Genuine passion for programming and a desire to remain hands-on • Ability to lead people, facilitate meetings, communicate decisions, and develop the team • Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, testing, version control, code review, security, and CI/CD • Experience developing features using generative AI, LLMs, or integrations with AI models • University degree • Experience with multi-tenant applications, cloud environments, and high-availability systems is a plus • Experience with AWS, integrations, SSO, and SaaS application security is a plus • Experience with products for regulated industries, especially Life Sciences, is a plus • Availability to communicate in English, including with native speakers
