• Serve as a strategic partner responsible for transforming business priorities into operational solutions. • Lead the planning, design, implementation, communication, and continuous improvement of sales initiatives. • Analyze sales performance metrics and business insights to identify opportunities. • Partner with sales leadership and execution teams to improve sales routines.
🎯 Requirements
• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • 6+ years of experience in sales leadership experience in a retail/consumer banking organization. • Process oriented with demonstrated success in executing initiatives and programs.
