📋 Description

• Deliver personalized financial guidance and investment solutions to mass affluent clients • Grow and deepen client relationships by providing holistic financial planning • Recommend suitable investment products and connect clients to the broader Flagstar enterprise • Assess financial needs through virtual channels and deliver tailored financial guidance • Build a book of business through referrals and proactive outreach • Develop and present comprehensive financial plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and participate in compliance training

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field • 5+ years of relevant experience • 2+ Years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment advisory roles, with demonstrated experience serving mass affluent or retail investment clients • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 + Series 65) licenses required at time of hire • Active Life & Health Insurance license required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire • Strong proficiency with virtual engagement tools including video conferencing platforms, CRM systems, and digital financial planning software
