📋 Description

• Create and update presentations tracking results and lead meetings with leadership • Follow up on initiatives and action plans developed by committees • Monitor and calculate variable compensation for commercial teams • Develop dashboards and reports • Conduct general business analyses • Support commercial teams with data and insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in the final year, preferably in a quantitative field, or prior experience in similar roles • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace • Proactive and communicative profile • Strong analytical thinking and numerical aptitude • A drive to challenge the status quo, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for challenges • Basic knowledge of SQL (a plus) • Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Metabase (a plus) • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce (a plus) • Previous experience in related areas such as consulting, strategy, business, FP&A, or planning (a plus)
