📋 Description

• Ticket Management: Rigorous monitoring of cadences and SLAs • Product Perspective: Work across T0 (Benefits/Expenses) and T1+ (People) • Processes: Ensure smooth operational flow to prevent friction in the funnel

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B customer support is a plus • Experience in startups and technology companies is desirable • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace • Communication • Determination • Organization • Discipline
