📋 Description

• Manage the client portfolio comprehensively, consultatively, and strategically • Ensure customer retention and revenue predictability • Identify customers’ pain points and needs and connect them to the mix of solutions and products • Monitor and manage performance indicators • Balance targets across different business lines • Resolve moderately complex issues by connecting information from different internal teams • Provide technical support to less experienced professionals and share best practices • Lead alignment meetings and forums with diverse audiences • Report on progress and ensure transparency in deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification • Proven experience in Account Management, Corporate Customer Service, or Customer Success in the B2B market • Ability to understand commercial partners’ pain points and translate them into strategic solutions • Ability to consistently meet targets and deliver solutions • Resilience in high-volume environments • Ability to make sound decisions independently, without constant supervision • Ownership and accountability • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Preferred: experience with corporate benefits, engagement platforms, or startups • Preferred: experience mapping and optimizing internal customer service workflows • Preferred: practical knowledge of advanced automation and data analysis tools
