📋 Description

• Expansion of existing accounts (farming with a hunter drive) • Identification of expansion potential within the existing base (use cases, needs, timing) • Proactive outreach & advisory (remote/online), value story plus package/module logic • Upsell/Cross-sell of software & services → new subscription revenue (newly booked) • Online meetings & sales output • Plan, conduct and follow up on qualified online customer meetings (existing accounts) • Closing-oriented conversation management: qualify → identify decision-makers → proposal → closing • Managed via clear activity KPIs (e.g., avg. ≥ 20 online meetings/week at top tier) • Sales efficiency / conversion • Drive orders (expansions) during/from online meetings • Focus on success rate (orders / online meetings) and continuous improvement • Daily CRM maintenance: call reports, activities, outcomes, pipeline status • Close collaboration with Field Sales / Customer Success / Operations / Marketing (handoffs, campaigns, execution) • Provide structured market/customer feedback (objections, competitive insights, product feedback)

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of B2B inside sales / telesales / account expansion experience (existing accounts) • Proven performance in upsell/cross-sell and closing (end-to-end deal ownership) • Strong remote communication skills: needs assessment, value argumentation, objection handling, closing • KPI-driven working style: output, conversion, pipeline — comfort with numbers in day-to-day operations
