• Pilot demand generation efforts across both product-led and sales-led motions • Oversee acquisition strategy and execution across all channels • Lead a high-performing team of 4–5, delivering full-funnel campaigns • Own revenue-driving initiatives—from brand to performance • Be directly accountable for meeting pipeline targets and supporting closed-won revenue • Build and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, conversion, and revenue • Oversee brand marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, field/event marketing, and account-based marketing initiatives • Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to align marketing initiatives with company growth goals • Own the data and martech stack (Hubspot, Salesforce, GA4) to drive strategic pivots and optimizations • Strengthen internal processes and systems to improve efficiency
• 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with 3–5 years leading teams • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or transaction-based models is a plus • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets • Exceptional data analysis skills and proficiency with marketing technology platforms including Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics 4 • Successful development and implementation of distinct marketing strategies for different buyer segments • Experience supporting both product-led growth and sales-led acquisition strategies
