📋 Description

• Design and produce creative assets across digital e-commerce, including site, email, paid media, and Amazon • Create social media and retail education materials • Design packaging updates, line extensions, secondary packaging, and promotional kits while maintaining brand consistency • Support visual merchandising, fixture, and in-store display design • Support event activation and experiential design materials • Produce product renderings and support photo retouching and compositing • Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into on-brand design solutions • Incorporate feedback from senior designers to refine work • Manage assigned project timelines and participate in daily creative stand-ups • Use Wrike to track and update assigned tasks • Support photoshoot logistics, including shot list preparation and on-set assistance

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating beauty packaging design alongside digital, retail, and campaign execution • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Strong organizational and time-management skills with close attention to detail • Ability to take direction and feedback well while working efficiently under deadlines • Advanced English proficiency (C1+) • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred • Beauty, fashion, or consumer brand experience is a plus • Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools is a plus
