âą Conduct advanced candidate interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with client requirements. âą Review recruiter recommendations and determine which candidates should advance to client presentation stages. âą Partner directly with U.S.-based clients to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting updates, gather feedback, and align on hiring strategies. âą Manage offer presentation, candidate negotiations, and closing activities throughout the hiring process. âą Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to recruiters, helping improve candidate quality and recruiting effectiveness. âą Develop and implement recruiting strategies for challenging searches across multiple industries and functions. âą Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, processes, documentation, and operational efficiency. âą Collaborate with internal leadership to maintain high standards for candidate quality, client satisfaction, and hiring outcomes. âą Monitor recruitment performance and contribute to continuous process optimization initiatives. âą Support recruiters in overcoming sourcing, screening, and candidate management challenges.
âą 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a recruiting agency, staffing firm, or fast-paced talent acquisition environment. âą Strong experience conducting candidate interviews and making hiring recommendations. âą Experience working directly with clients and managing professional stakeholder relationships. âą Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. âą Strong ability to assess talent beyond resumes and identify high-potential candidates. âą Experience mentoring, training, or supporting other recruiters is highly preferred. âą Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. âą Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. âą Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies is highly preferred.
