📋 Description

‱ Conduct advanced candidate interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with client requirements. ‱ Review recruiter recommendations and determine which candidates should advance to client presentation stages. ‱ Partner directly with U.S.-based clients to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting updates, gather feedback, and align on hiring strategies. ‱ Manage offer presentation, candidate negotiations, and closing activities throughout the hiring process. ‱ Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to recruiters, helping improve candidate quality and recruiting effectiveness. ‱ Develop and implement recruiting strategies for challenging searches across multiple industries and functions. ‱ Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, processes, documentation, and operational efficiency. ‱ Collaborate with internal leadership to maintain high standards for candidate quality, client satisfaction, and hiring outcomes. ‱ Monitor recruitment performance and contribute to continuous process optimization initiatives. ‱ Support recruiters in overcoming sourcing, screening, and candidate management challenges.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a recruiting agency, staffing firm, or fast-paced talent acquisition environment. ‱ Strong experience conducting candidate interviews and making hiring recommendations. ‱ Experience working directly with clients and managing professional stakeholder relationships. ‱ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. ‱ Strong ability to assess talent beyond resumes and identify high-potential candidates. ‱ Experience mentoring, training, or supporting other recruiters is highly preferred. ‱ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. ‱ Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. ‱ Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies is highly preferred.
