🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, sei es in Recruiting, Personalmanagement, HR-Strategie oder ähnlichen Rollen • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein professionelles Auftreten • Erfahrung mit Bewerbermanagement-Systemen und sozialen Netzwerken • Eine proaktive und motivierte Einstellung • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gern auch gute Englischkenntnisse (kein Muss)
