📋 Description

• Acquisition and execution of projects in the areas of heat, refrigeration, acoustic and fire protection • Responsibility for project management and leadership of site teams • Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services • Sourcing and obtaining tender opportunities • Estimating and preparing bids and quotations • Preparation of bills of quantities and planning documents • Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and financial objectives • Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services • Project monitoring and tracking • Preparation of measurements and project documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or vocational training as a technician • Experience in project management of construction-related projects, including project controlling, is desirable • Experience in technical sales is an advantage • Strong cost awareness • Sales affinity • Negotiation skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills in customer interactions • Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving abilities
