📋 Description

• Acquisition and execution of projects in the areas of thermal insulation, cold insulation, acoustic and fire protection as well as related trades • Responsibility for project management and leadership of site teams • Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services engineering • Sourcing and acquisition of tender opportunities • Cost estimation and preparation of quotations/proposals • Preparation of bills of quantities and planning documents • Ensuring all technical, schedule and financial targets are met • Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services • Project tracking and monitoring • Preparation of quantity take-offs and project documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or qualification as a technician • Competence/experience in project management of construction projects, including project controlling, desirable • Experience in technical sales and commercial knowledge advantageous • Strong cost awareness, sales affinity and negotiation skills • Confident presence and strong communication and negotiation skills in customer interactions • Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability • Outgoing, open personality with pronounced team spirit
