📋 Description

• You are responsible for developing and implementing complex energy service projects from initial concept through to realization. • You design and specify modern energy supply solutions in the areas of heat, electricity, cooling, combined heat and power (CHP), photovoltaics and local/district heating. • You manage and coordinate all internal and external project partners, such as engineering firms, grid operators, authorities and our clients. • You prepare solid technical and economic assessments that provide a clear basis for project prioritization. • You calculate proposals, incorporating relevant funding programs and ensuring regulatory requirements are optimally considered. • You actively support and advise our clients in the real estate sector on decarbonization and the strategic transformation of their heating networks. • You question existing processes and use intelligent tools to make project execution more efficient and future-proof.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed a degree in energy engineering, utilities engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering or hold a comparable qualification. • You have several years of experience in the development, planning or implementation of energy supply projects, ideally in the context of contracting, neighborhood/district projects or real estate. • You combine strong technical understanding with commercial thinking, especially when evaluating efficiency and eligibility for funding. • You are comfortable working within energy law and regulatory frameworks and know how to apply them practically in projects. • You have a strong sense for future-ready working methods and the courage to simplify and advance existing processes through the use of intelligent tools and pioneering solutions. • You work analytically and solution-oriented while always keeping an eye on what is feasible and sensible. • You are passionate about decarbonization and energy efficiency and enjoy developing sustainable solutions for existing building stock.
