📋 Description
• Scheduling payments, verification and recording of invoices • Issuing and sending invoices, issuing payment slips (boletos) and settlements • Clearing of financial items and bank reconciliations • Preparation of daily and weekly cash flow • Preparation of financial reports (SANFI methodology) • Participation in training and immersion in the internal methodology • Providing support for other Financial BPO-related tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on knowledge of financial routines (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations) • Experience preparing cash flow • Categorized classification of postings/entries • Experience with OMIE ERP • Knowledge of Financial Results Statement (DRF) • Advanced Excel • Must have a laptop for work • Plus: prior experience in Financial BPO • Plus: experience with Power BI
