📋 Description

• Understand business needs, processes, and rules before implementation • Identify questions, exceptions, and acceptance criteria • Prepare context and instructions for AI agents • Lead and monitor the stages of the development pipeline • Critically evaluate deliverables produced with AI assistance • Execute and review functional tests and exception scenarios • Investigate failures, reproduce issues, and document evidence • Direct the necessary adjustments and fixes • Identify when a situation requires specialized technical support • Ensure that the delivered solution complies with business rules and quality criteria • Work with FMX’s AI development pipeline by monitoring execution, evaluating results, and directing adjustments

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in at least one of the following areas: IT Support, Testing / Quality Assurance (QA), Requirements Analysis, or Business Analysis • Ability to understand business processes and rules • Ability to identify inconsistencies and missing information • Logical reasoning and investigative skills • Ability to validate scenarios and acceptance criteria • Strong organization and clear information-recording skills • Interest in using AI for software development • Willingness to learn how to operate and orchestrate agents • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated results • Interest in developing technical knowledge in programming, data, and integrations • Preferred qualifications: experience with AI tools applied to work, programming logic, SQL, APIs, Git, involvement in automation initiatives, experience with system acceptance testing, and experience improving or supporting applications • Bachelor’s degree or technologist degree (listed in structured posting data)
