📋 Description

• Conduct maturity assessments for Generative AI • Map processes and identify productivity improvement opportunities • Assess risks related to AI usage (Shadow AI, LGPD, and Security) • Develop corporate policies for responsible AI use • Define governance models and RACI matrices • Deliver workshops, training sessions, and mentoring • Support the definition of the official AI technology stack • Build a corporate prompt library • Define adoption KPIs and ROI metrics • Develop a strategic AI roadmap • Work directly with executives, managers, and business units • Lead a strategic program to implement Generative AI Governance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Technology, Consulting, or Digital Transformation • Proven experience in Generative AI projects • Experience working with executives and cross-functional teams • Experience in governance, corporate policies, and training • Familiarity with ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI APIs • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, System Prompts, few-shot techniques, and structured outputs • Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, Shadow AI, and human-in-the-loop processes • Knowledge of LGPD, Information Security, DLP, and Access Management • Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, APIs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP, and AI agents • Experience with Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, and LangGraph is a plus
