📋 Description

• Gather and detail requirements with users and business areas • Write business rules clearly and concisely • Develop verifiable acceptance criteria • Structure functional specifications for the modules under your responsibility • Identify dependencies and integration points between modules • Organize questions, decisions and open items throughout the elicitation process • Use AI tools to support the drafting and organization of specifications • Review and adjust documents according to defined quality criteria • Work closely with client operations to understand processes in practice • Maintain a delivery pace and cadence compatible with the program delivery pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in requirements analysis for enterprise software • Requirements elicitation and detailed specification • Writing business rules • Construction of objective and verifiable acceptance criteria • Development of functional specifications • Basic knowledge of data modeling • Understanding of integrations between modules • Ability to identify scope boundaries and functional dependencies • Familiarity with AI tools to support drafting and organizing specifications • Ability to critically review AI-generated content while retaining independent judgment • Experience in retail or optical/eyewear • Experience in laboratory settings • Knowledge of franchise operations • Experience in financial processes • Previous experience in implementation or evolution of management/ERP systems • Bachelor's degree or technologist degree
