📋 Description

• As a Founder Associate you work directly with the founders across all core areas: acquisitions, operations, strategy, and scaling. • One week you analyze a potential acquisition and prepare meetings with entrepreneurial families. • The next week you build a financial model or structure the deal process. • Afterwards you work alongside production managers on topics such as automation, efficiency, or operational control directly at the plant. • You continuously switch between strategy and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in industry, manufacturing, and technological transformation • Understanding of production processes, automation, or industrial value chains • High level of personal ownership and a bias for action • Ability to switch between operational detail and strategic thinking • Excellent analytical skills • Fluent German and strong English • Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week within Germany • Previous experience in an environment that expects high speed, personal accountability, and analytical excellence
