📋 Description

• You are responsible for guest inquiries and reservations for our 11 STAYERY locations across Germany. • You support our guests during arrival and throughout their stay via email, phone, WhatsApp and various booking platforms (e.g. Booking.com). • You coordinate and manage guest data in our reservation system Apaleo (similar to OPERA). • You ensure smooth operations while working in shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays between 07:00 and 22:00. • You communicate closely with other teams and can actively contribute to process development.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a completed vocational qualification as a hotel specialist (Hotelfachmann/-frau) or hotel management clerk (Hotelkaufmann/-frau) and initial experience in reservations or the front office. • You enjoy communicating with guests, like speaking to them on the phone and remain relaxed in every conversation. • You are willing to come to Berlin for approximately one month for your personal onboarding. Of course you will be accommodated by STAYERY for this period. • You live in Germany (working from abroad is not possible) and want to start with us full-time. • You speak and write fluent German and English.
