⢠Installation and training for augmented reality simulation products for manual welding, robotic welding, and painting ⢠Independently planning and scheduling on-site installations and trainings at customer locations ⢠Initial customer onboarding and support ⢠Virtual training and support via webinars ⢠Participation in trade shows ⢠Travel across the DACH region (primarily Germany) and maintaining customer relationships through proactive engagement
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience working with customers (e.g., in sales or as a service technician) ⢠Experience presenting, training, or leading workshops (virtual or on-site) ⢠Passion for technical topics and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly ⢠Knowledge of Linux is a plus ⢠Comfortable with frequent travel ⢠Proactive, independent, and structured way of working ⢠Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to work in a team
